The Border Wine Room is delighted to be able to offer a range of wine courses to its patrons.  These courses are tutored by David Sutherland and are suitable for novices and wine enthusiasts alike.

Tasting techniques, varietal differences, regional characteristics and much more are explored and explained through our tasting-based courses.  The only way to gain an in-depth understanding about wine, its taste and why it tastes the way it does, is to taste regularly and widely, and to be able to discuss what you are tasting.  This is the basis of BWR Wine Courses.
